In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing subject matter expertise on the identification, management and monitoring of risks associated with the Technology Modernisation program.
• Providing risk-based review and challenge to Line 1 colleagues to enable them to deliver safe and sustainable outcomes.
• Expert input on management of the risk associated with tech change, including operational risk and compliance risk, and appropriate corrective and remedial actions.

What you’ll bring:

• Broad experience within Line 1 or 2 operational risk management financial services roles with strong technology focus
• ‘Big 4’ Consulting, major international bank or regulatory experience an advantage
• Proven experience supporting delivery of large strategic initiatives that positively change and drive business performance
• Strong commercially focused technology capability, ie in Technology enablement and Architecture
• Strong understanding of relevant prudential requirements
• Executive level stakeholder engagement skills.
