In this highly rewarding Small Business Banker role you will based from one of Regional NSW beautiful buzzing towns, Orange, Bathurst, Wagga Wagga or Young.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Undertake sales related requirements for a diversified portfolio of the small business customers 

• Build relationships with our brokers and proprietary customers to create and action new business opportunities as well as supporting our existing customers 

• Be at the forefront of converting leads into wins, fuelling growth and delivering impressive results  

• Perform credit analysis and approve requests for temporary excesses/increased limits up to DCA 

• Drive customer portfolio risk and compliance, establishing working Relationships with key stakeholders 

• Be the key driver in growing our reach and ensuring existing customers stay engaged, satisfied, and committed for the long haul  

You will bring experience  

• Managing lending and product requests for our small business customers 

• Understanding customers business needs to provide holistic banking solutions 

• Strong networking and relationship management skills to grow your portfolio year on year 

• Accountability for managing customer complaints and escalations until resolution is reached 

• Drive customer portfolio risk and compliance 

• Track record of experience across lending and navigating the credit process
