IT Support Analyst

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be joining Sales and Distribution team within Corporate and Institutional banking that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
As an IT Support Analyst, you will
- Support software in a high-pressure environment
- Be able to work through issues to determine root cause
- Communicate with the business stakeholders
- Be able to communicate issues including root cause to development teams (if the resolution resides with them)
- Manage the Geneos monitoring system in a well communicated federated way
- Work through and deliver enterprise audit requirements to internal and external auditors
- Maintain critical technology hygiene measures as stipulated by the enterprise
What you will bring:
- 3+ years Technology experience
- 2+ years in application support role(s)
- Experience of supporting applications on a Linux platform
- Using SQL to investigate application issues
- Experience of using a monitoring platform
- Some knowledge of Cloud technology (preferably AWS) and Kubernetes preferred
