Senior Business Banking Manager
SENIOR BUSINESS BANKING MANAGER – MT GRAVATT
We are looking for an experienced Business Banker ready for a senior appointment to join our team, to manage a portfolio of diverse business banking clients. This opportunity will see you focusing on the management of an existing portfolio whilst growing strong referral sources, community links and new business partnerships as part of a team approach.

In this Senior Business Banking Manager role, you will
• Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
• Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.
• Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities.
• Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market.
• Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans.
• Prepare and submit customer lending proposals with the support of our associate team.
• Bring the best of NAB to our customers by leveraging our strong Specialist proposition.
What you’ll bring
• A genuine passion for customer service, which is demonstrated by consistently going above and beyond.
• Strong Sales focus coupled with deep commercial acumen.
• Can do attitude that thrives in a high pressure & fast paced environment,
• Ability to apply creative out of the box solutions for problem solving.
• Banking expertise with broker experience.
• Strong prior demonstrated experience within business and/or credit assessment.
• Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of brokers and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Business related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification.
• A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
