Consultant, Continuous Improvement

In this Consultant, Continuous Improvement role, you will

  • Be a key contributor to an outcome and impact-focused, fast paced team
  • Support DFV assessment (Desirability, Feasibility, Viability) of Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities in BD&SB, and support prioritised CI initiatives across the full initiative lifecycle.
  • Support the execution of BDSB’s Strategic Plan as well as discovery, definition, design of business optimisation initiatives across the full initiative lifecycle
  • Be a key contributor and bring exceptional outcomes for customers, colleagues and the business as measured against targeted success metrics.
  • Remove waste, resolve inefficiencies, improve Customer and Banker Experience and optimise BD&SB services and processes
  • Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements

 What you’ll bring

  • Proven continuous improvement analysis and delivery experience
  • 5+ years banking experience
  • Ability to put customer and colleague at the centre of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Banking and financial services experience
  • Service and CX design experience and strong delivery skills
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Strong business analysis and delivery experience
  • Proven ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations from data & analytics
  • Problem solving, attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Evidence of curiosity and resilience in the face of ambiguity
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies and disciplines such as Lean Six Sigma viewed positively
  • Previous agile or domains experience viewed positively
