Senior Analyst, Campaigns

 In this Senior Analyst, Campaigns role, you will

  • Support the strategy team in achieving sales and revenue targets by delivering personalised products and services to address customers need using data, technology, product knowledge.
  • Ensure execution of campaigns and fulfilment are error free and address customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Effectively use of data and process modelling tools (including, but not limited to, process mapping, business, object and dataflow modelling) to analyse and represent information in an effective form, in order to translate business requirements into meaningful statements of work
  • Assess existing processes to identify redesign or enhancement opportunities to deliver improved productivity or efficiency to the business
  • Liaise with Business Unit Managers to offer advice and direction regarding campaign requirements, and resolution of issues and conflicts.
  • Plan for monthly campaigns, set up / review of offer parameters, back-end system set up, campaign design optimisation, capability enhancements support, Budget & invoice management, Process documentation and change management, campaign insights, process optimisation, quality assurance, support customer inquiries.
  • Work as an effective team member, supporting and coaching team members and recognising the contributions of others to ensure the achievement of team goals
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to deliver the campaigns & fulfilments timely and contribute to business target sales & revenues

 What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of professional experience in the banking industry
  • End to end campaign delivery process
  • Project management including system set-up and customer communication timely
  • Marketing tools such as Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Adobe campaigns, Pega, etc are preferred
  • Balanced risk and control approach to execution
  • Consumer unsecured lending products knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder management and data knowledge
