Senior Consultant, Product Strategy GenAI

As a Senior Consultant, Product Strategy GenAI, you will;

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Represent the voice of the customer to ensure the GenAI outcomes are fit for purpose and achieve the target outcomes.
  • Develop and provide strategic advice, direction and execution of our GenAI product roadmap.
  • Work directly with the GenAI leadership team advising on critical strategic issues and changes to our operating model.
  • Partner with Business Domains and Enabling Units to identify and prioritise GenAI use cases that deliver genuine value for experimentation and broader pilot/scaled rollout.
  • Ensure the GenAI program team are across the product vision, roadmap, goals, plans and expectations.
  • Liaise between business and technology to coordinate strategy and delivery of short and long term opportunities
  • You coordinate delivery and interdependencies across the BU and GenAI Platform.
  • Lead the delivery planning and management, and proactively identify, manage risks and issues to delivery outcomes.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a Product Strategy, Product Owner or Product Management roles within preferably AI-enabled domain coupled with experience in Financial Services.
  • Experience in Product, Strategy, Innovation, and/or Commercial disciplines preferably in Banking
  • Proven experience working within scaled Agile Delivery
  • Demonstrated experience working with software and product development lifecycle
  • Proven ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams and innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and capabilities
  • Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making coupled with an inquisitive, test & learn mindset
  • Able to collaborate with others to deliver long-term strategy and technology roadmaps
  • Critical thinking - the ability to see the bigger objective and design executable solutions to achieve the objective
  • Proven ability to communicate with influence and build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
