Consultant, Banker Lead Enablement

As a Consultant – Banker Lead Enablement you will have an opportunity to support the team in the delivery of the banker leads program across Business & Private Banking (B&PB) servicing over 3k bankers. The role will engage with Distribution segments/bankers to identify strategic areas of focus.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Continuously collate and generate insights from banker feedback to design optimization initiatives
  • Maintain and improve the banker leads eco-system through driving process improvement initiatives, maintaining the leads process flow, resolving stakeholder queries and conduct training sessions & masterclasses
  • Continuously monitor performance of the leads program against targets
  • Contribute to the refinement of the banker leads strategy and the development of roadmaps of strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement new banker leads
  • Support the Customer Banker Enablement team queries, reporting and ad-hoc analysis of the leads program

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Australian Business Banking & Financial Services experience
  • Project management experience
  • Analytics background
  • Product management experience
  • Worked in Agile delivery environment
