Exciting opportunity to Provide expert Line 2 review, advice and guidance to Line 1 divisions and be a subject matter expert in risk management with a focus on Technology and Information Security. In this permanent full-time position, you will support the Head of Technology Risk to proactively manage risk across the Enterprise.

In this Senior Associate role, you will:
- Assist in implementation of risk management strategies, programs and projects to identify and manage operational risk.
- Lead reviews to develop and implement strategies for the identification, recording, management and reporting of risk.
- Provide a consultancy and education service to Technology in risk management to enable them to identify risk and successfully implement programs to manage risk.
- Monitor business planning, strategy and activities throughout Technology to identify risk and initiate risk evaluation and management.
- Monitor, review and report on risk management performance and practice throughout Technology to identify areas for improvement.
What you will bring:
- Strong proven experience in Risk Management, with a specific focus in Technology Risk. It would be highly preferrable to have experience within Financial Services.
- Proven history supporting delivery of strategic initiatives that positively change and drive business performance.
- Essential capability in Risk & Compliance Management within a technology environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience conducting deep dive risk reviews and writing risk reports.
