Senior Consultant Domain Planning & Perf

As the Senior Consultant, Domain Planning and Performance in Nab, you will:

  • Standardisation of core domain operating processes including lean governance and quarterly planning, ensuring QDR timeline & inputs are met, and consolidated delivery risks are understood.
  • Be a custodian of PSTM - Orchestration knowledge portal to allow self-serve on operating rhythm, domain drivers, squad compositions, roadmaps, tools, and standard processes.
  • Support annual and quarterly Domain planning approach – establish a standardised timeline for annual planning activities for the Domain.
  • Provide custodianship over Domain QDR planning including driving governance and oversight into the planning process, and ensuring readiness of work into QDR Pipeline
  • Understand common delivery risk themes across the domain and work with sub-domain Orchestration and Agile Coaching teams to determine improvement recommendation and implementation plans.
  • Provide leadership insights across key Domain/Subdomain performance metrics incl. financials, daily rates, risk/issue management, delivery velocity, committed epic delivery & cycle times working with sub-domain orchestration on proposed improvement strategies.

What you will bring  

  • Demonstrated delivery experience navigating large, complex organisations, preferably in banking and financial services.
  • Delivery Planning at a portfolio or enterprise level.
  • Experience working in agile at scale environment, with particular focus on hybrid and agile delivery models and contemporary Ways of Working
  • Track record of providing quality insights that help drive decisions to ensure teams are operating and planning effectively to deliver consistent results.
  • Demonstrate ability to improve medium to large team performances.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive and current knowledge base of processes, templates, and insights.
  • Experience leading transformational change objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive improved performance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence outcomes.
  • Tracking, measuring and continuous improvement of Domain performance
