Consultant Product Owner

As a Product Owner in Digital Customer team, you will be responsible for:
- The strategy, development and delivery of customer facing in-app/internet banking notifications that drive sales, service and NPS.
- Leading, owning and prioritising Next Best Conversations (NBCs) roadmap and backlog for the Digital Domain
- Conducting opportunity analysis using digital data and customer insights to identify new concepts and experiences to drive higher channel engagement and customer satisfaction.
- The performance of NBCs in Digital Channels and the management of allocated investment and resources
- Working with the Marketing and Data squads to develop, deliver, size and prioritise the NBCs backlog using Agile frameworks / concepts
What you will bring:
- 3+ years' experience in a marketing/ analytical role, specifically in the digital space
- Experience in delivering initiatives into a complex and large landscape and multiple stakeholders / teams
- Understanding of a variety of data sets (e.g. web, digital features, customer, sales) and marketing/decisioning platform (e.g. Adobe suites, PEGA CDH)
- Confidently work with ease and speed using Microsoft Office applications and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Adobe Analytics, SQL)
- Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of management
- Strong experience articulating business strategy to achieve intended outcomes including shareholder, customer, and employee value
