RELATIONSHIP ASSOCIATE – Osbourne Park, WA

As a Relationship Associate you will be responsible for providing servicing support to customers and Business Banking Managers with a partnership to deliver exceptional customer service and to allow business banking Managers to focus on developing, growing, and deepening customer relationships.

In this Relationship Associate role, you will

• Collaborate with business bankers to provide an elevated customer service experience.
• Drive customer advocacy.
• Identify ways in which we can better meet customer needs.
• Provide a concierge service for the BBC for customer calls and emails and be empowered to deliver first point resolution.
• Assist Bankers with Asset finance quotes, documentation, and payout information for customers.

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for customer service and demonstrated experience in a customer facing role.
• An understanding of KYC on-boarding compliance requirements.
• Knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and customer self-service channels.
• Exceptional time management skills and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivation and a growth mindset, eagerness to develop skills, take on new challenges, and continuously work towards improvement in a supportive environment.
