Senior Consultant, Customer Engagement Segment Lead

In this Senior Consultant role, you will:

  • Direct the development of the Deposits Customer Engagement Strategy and annual plan across Marketing.
  • Distil business challenges into Marketing opportunities and lead the strategic direction of program design.
  • Lead the allocation of overall budget allocation within accountable portfolios (in conjunction with Head of and Domain partners).
  • Manage stakeholder and Marketing prioritisation expectations.
  • Lead the annual and 90-day strategic planning across accountable portfolios, including value chain endorsement

 

What you will bring:

  • Proven and extensive strategic marketing experience, particularly in customer engagement and preferably from financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end delivery of personalised communications and below the line campaigns.
  • Senior stakeholder management experience and the ability to influence outcomes and delivery.
  • Experience with complex data systems and Marketing tech stacks.
  • A forward-thinking mindset with a strong understanding of customer life cycle management.
