Agribusiness Manager (Forbes, NSW)

In the role of Agribusiness Manager, you will join the R&A team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Identify new farming and post gate Agribusiness and referral opportunities & establish, develop, and utilise networks of internal and external contacts 

  • Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio 

  • Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service 

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key Corporate Agribusiness Banking customers and Referral partners 

  • Assess economic value and risk potential of new business 

  • Implement initiatives to develop customer growth in the local market 

  • Implement complex strategies, analysing annual Cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth. 

  • Personally, sanction lending within own Delegated Lending authorities 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • An established network within the broker industry. 

  • Robust negotiating skills. 

  • Drive and tenacity. 

  • Experience in all aspects for financial analysis 

  • Passion for relationship management. 

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar Agribusiness Banker role preferred. 

  • Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness banking and/or credit assessment.
