Consultant, Change Manager – Portfolio Execution

In this Consultant, Change Manager - Portfolio Execution role you will:
- Deliver end-to-end change management outcomes, including creation of tailored Change Plans, Change Impact Assessments, Change Readiness Assessments and supporting stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.
- Adopt NABs change management protocols and methodologies to deliver high impact strategic outcomes across the RPWR portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across RPWR, P&C and broader NAB stakeholders (IT, Operations, Risk etc.) building trust through clear communication, action-orientated delivery, analytical problem-solving and data-backed decision-making.
- Bring a skillset that is adaptable to change, a curious mindset that thrives in ambiguous environments and a focus on pragmatic, risk-based approaches to getting things done.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years’ proven experience in change management and transformational change delivery ideally in a Financial Services, Banking and/or Consulting industries.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the awareness and ability to tailor messaging with the intended audiences in mind.
- Experience designing change strategies for large transformational programs, working with diverse stakeholders and facilitating workshops in a lead capacity to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex change requirements across multiple cross functional initiatives with a strong focus on delivery excellence and measurable outcomes.
- Understanding of governance practices in the financial services industry including an awareness of obligations, risks and controls.
