As a Senior Manager in Business Execution, Agile Orchestration Delivery and Automation, you will join the Experience Orchestration team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Lead the home lending simplification, data engineering and automation strategy to drive uplift in customer experience through the reduction in low touch intervention
• Identify best practice and innovation opportunities within product management or technology across NAB, within home lending or external to banking to improve end to end productivity
• Partner with stakeholders to challenge complexity, manage competing interests, technology prioritise and productivity targets
• Challenge the status quo and embrace a culture where we fail fast, learn faster approach, working to the principle of freely experimenting and learning, while trying to reach the desired business outcome
• Support ideation and inception and prioritisation of work through progressive elaboration, and ultimately development to measuring
• Understand requirements for the risk and regulatory landscape
• Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar senior leadership role with business improvement / process and technology optimisation experience
• Experience translating strategy into an executable roadmap, with the ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
• Experience with data automation and data management simplification
• Experience with proof of concept / prototype development
• Experience bringing together diverse stakeholder groups with sometimes conflicting prioritises to deliver on a common goal
• Knowledge of software development
• Understanding of financial services, including home lending and mortgage brokers
