As the Finance Partner for Financial Crime Operations Finance, you will land monthly results and provide insights to meet financial targets and drive enhanced performance, as well as feeding analysis into the broader T&EO Finance and Group Finance teams.

In this Finance Partner role, you will
• Use your exceptional people leadership, ensuring the work environment is safe, supportive, has clarity and that our people are developed to their potential.
• Provision of accurate and valuable financial data, analysis and advice to the business on use and interpretation of outputs, and guidance and challenge on better managing costs.
• Actively partner with Financial Crime Operations business leaders on their financial plans and results, delivering actionable insights and value-added analysis.
• Provide and coordinate Plan/Forecast commentary / changes throughout the year.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly management finance reports to Business Executives.
• Ensure processes and systems keep up with changes in business rules, structures, and processes.
Your Capabilities, Experience & Qualifications will include:
• Strong stakeholder management skills where you can constructively challenge management’s proposals and decisions in relation to the performance of the relevant Business Unit.
• Experience across a range of Finance disciplines including partnering with divisions, corporate centre planning and reporting and financial control roles.
• Tertiary qualification in Commerce/Business, CA/CPA preferable.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, at times ambiguous and complex environment.
• Data and business intelligence, including advanced Excel skills and ideally some exposure to PowerBI.
• Good understanding of process, risk and controls on reporting and analysis.
• Strong process improvement capability in both identification and successful implementation of process re-engineering initiatives.
• Sound professional experience in finance/accounting, financial services or corporate reporting.
