Senior Associate, Foreign Exchange

The role:
We are looking for a client -centric Senior Associate to drive FX Business Development within the Small Business segment. This role is perfect for someone who understands the unique needs of small business customers and is passionate about helping them navigate and manage international payments.
In this Senior Associate role, you’ll will:
- Proactively seek, identify, and qualify new FX clients for the business.
- Convert leads through referrals, networking & outbound engagement.
- Maximise opportunities for providing FX Payment Solutions
- Understand customer requirements to deliver a great customer experience.
What you will bring:
- Possess sound specialist knowledge in financial products and services and an understanding of influences on financial markets (preferred, but not essential)
- With strong interpersonal and communications skills, your client management and sales skills coupled with impeccable attention to detail and accuracy, will ensure your success in this role.
- A (bachelor’s or higher) qualification in Financial Planning / Business related discipline (preferred but not essential)
