Business Development Manager
- 12-month fixed-term position to join the Medfin Broker team based in Adelaide, specialising in commercial finance for Medical and Dental professionals.

In this Business Development Manager role, each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Proactively find and manage high-value Commercial Brokers to achieve specific lending volume and retention targets.
- Develop an understanding of the Broker’s business and identify product and service opportunities and assist them in running a better business aligned to our offerings.
- Conduct Broker Accreditation workshops and Market Education Program session.
- Conduct Loan Scenarios and Structure with Commercial Brokers and write recommendations to support complex Loan submissions.
- Complete regular, planned sales calls with structured objectives and outcomes.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience within a similar role. Having a Health Business or Retail Sales background would be highly advantageous
- Experience within business banking would be preferable.
- Customer-centric mindset and an exceptional ability to build relationships and networks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence.
