In the role of Head of HR Director, you will join our P&C team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Create value and commercial impact by delivering the Colleague Strategy within your portfolio
- Provide advice on strategic people solutions and deliver annual cyclical initiatives to help us move with speed
- Set people strategies based on data and insights to prioritise key actions and drive business performance
- Partner with COEs including talent, succession, inclusion & diversity, leadership, culture, performance and reward to ensure we win together
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Commercial mindset. You’ll know your way around a P&L and your last couple of roles may have been in the business
- Seasoned P&C experience and will feel at ease influencing outcomes in a large, complex organisation
- Customer-centric thinking. We’re open on industry experience and will be searching for individuals who have a customer obsessed approach
- Ability to Influence, coach and advise executives using data/logic
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation and change management
