• 6 month Secondment and Permanent Change Consultant opportunities

• Make your impact planning and facilitating change across PB in a highly engaged team 

In this Consultant Change role, reporting to the Portfolio Change Manager, you will

• Work closely with the team to support and contribute to the completion of change management lifecycle activities
• Complete Change Impact Assessment and assessing organisational readiness for change
• Managing and tracking the Transition Plan for the program/project.
• Change Strategy – supporting the program/project detailing the overall change management approach, key activities, resource requirements and costs.
• Stakeholder Management – working with key stakeholders involved in the program/project.
• Support the design of Communication Strategy and Plan and its delivery
• Training Delivery – contribute to the training needs analysis and plan the delivery of training requirement associated with the Change delivery.

What you will bring: 

• Experience in Agile Change Delivery & Transformation, ideally in complex environment  
• Prosci qualified will be highly regarded
• Excellent organisational skills and delivery of project plans
• Experienced in influencing key stakeholders to ensure initiatives/projects are completed on time, on budget and with desired user outcomes 
• Training design and delivery experience will be advantageous
