In this PMO Analyst role, you will be joining the Consumer Lending team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Support and assist the Domain Orchestration function in servicing the wider division for all financial, resourcing and project governance
  • Take ownership of analysing and reporting on key metrics and drivers
  • Support Domain Orchestration in providing guidance on domain delivery methodology frameworks across the Edge Domain to ensure projects adopt a one-way same way approach as outlined by the Central Domain Team
  • Communication management – build and maintain solid working relationships with business partners and senior stakeholder, and promote services delivered by the PMO using the appropriate channels
  • Resource Management for the Domain including, Task set up in Clarity and Resource Management in Team Form.


We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Knowledge and experience of Project or Program Management 
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint ability
  • Preferred min 12 months experience
  • Proven financial analysis capability 
  • Strong Efficiency Bias
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to persuade/influence peers and leaders towards change and experimenting with new concepts/approaches
