Head Of Collections Strategy & Technology Delivery

In the role of Head of Collections Strategy & Technology Delivery, you will join the NAB Assist team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Review risk scoring, treatment and process across the portfolio
  • Monitor and support effective dialler performance and ensuring PowerCurve integration
  • Minimise operational risk and disruption and while delivering innovative technology solutions
  • Analyse business technology processes, procedures and user requirements in order to drive improvement in customer, colleague and commercial outcomes for NAB
  • Effectively lead the Collections Strategy & Technology Delivery team to manage and deliver the strategic change
  • Effective engagement within NAB Assist and providers to achieve business goals

 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Demonstrated senior leader with extensive operations and strategy delivery experience
  • Experience leading large operational teams and/or change programs that embed new core system, new process, operational improvement delivering key productivity and financial targets
  • A strategic thinker with commercial acumen capability
  • Proven people leadership skills building highly engaged and high performing teams
  • Strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and numerical literacy.
  • Proven experience building and managing in-depth long term relationships
  • Passion for customer experience, innovation, and transformation.
