Manager Lending Hub

We have an exciting opportunity to join the small business lending hub to lead this pivotal centre of excellence. This enabling function delivers fast and efficient lending origination for our customers and creates capacity for our front-line bankers to focus on more complex and high value customer needs.

In the role of Manager Lending Hub, you will join the Small Business Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning together.   

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Lead and deliver continuous improvement, process improvement that enable our teams to better serve our customers and colleagues, expanding the offering of the Lending Hub
  • Deliver a fast and seamless customer experience for volume lending
  • Influence revisions to operations/strategy/process optimisation in consultation with leadership team.
  • Delivers outcomes/decisions in line with predefined strategies 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Extensive experience in banking/financial services experience
  • Proven People Management experience
  • Ideally you will have exposure in B&PB or equivalent
  • Preferred understanding of business and home lending end to end process and workflow and management.
  • Experience with risk and compliance obligations.
  • Banking sales/service experience
