Senior Business Analyst

In this Senior Business Analyst role, you will be joining the Business Lending Transformation team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Act as a consultant and lead work activities as part of projects of medium to high complexity, encompassing both business and technical change
  • Understand and analyse business processes, needs, data and issues and convert into requirements, as is / to be processes maps and data related artefacts
  • Translate complex ideas and business needs into an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders
  • Support and deliver key continuous improvement across and the Business Lending Domain in collaboration with other enabling teams
  • Competently facilitate workshops with a broad range of business stakeholders

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Business Analyst role with experience in data analysis, mapping and reporting
  • Proven experience using SQL and demonstrated understanding of data analysis, mapping and data flows
  • Experience in process design, CX and continuous improvement coupled with project management experience within an Agile framework
  • Lending origination experience is preferred
  • Passion to deliver superior customer and colleague experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
