In this role you will act as a strategic partner to Domains and SMEs to ensure public policy, supervisory and regulatory commitments are delivered with trust and confidence. You will leverage regulatory reports and notices to ensure insights are critically analysed and shared to support getting/ marking it right through continuous improvement.
In this Senior Associate in Regulatory Enablement and Delivery role, you will:
- Lead and deliver regulatory submissions in a timely and effective manner for material Regulatory Notices, Requests, and Investigations
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Domains and provide guidance and project management support where required
- Support delivery of business impact assessments from regulatory consultations, changes, and reports
- Prepare regulatory insight and regular reporting to drive learning and enable businesses in demonstrating and operationalising regulatory expectations
- Maintain strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements across our businesses
- Engage with and influence relevant Executives to improve our control environment and business practices to meet changing community and regulatory expectations
- Proactively shift the way we approach our Regulatory agenda moving forward
What you’ll bring:
- Team player with a proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to distil complex concepts and data into a form that is easily communicated and understood
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that see you quickly build strong relationships across all levels, understand stakeholder needs, and manage expectations
- A deep sense of curiosity and willingness to seek out the information and knowledge
- Analytical capability, with attention to detail and the drive to engage and ask questions to get the right outcome
- Communicates with influence and constructively challenges
- Working knowledge on banking regulatory landscape and business operations
- Ability to draft regulatory submissions or internal reports
- Research capability to proactively identify risks and regulatory context
- Risk consulting experience highly desirable
