As the Manager, Projects & Optimisation, you will be joining Operations & Transformation team in Customer and Corporate Services, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Lead the Project Delivery and oversight of large-scale process improvement initiatives and special project workstreams, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget; monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement and innovation through promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative solutions that enhance process performance; encourage the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to drive operational excellence.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Expert in tracking performance leveraging performance dashboards and portfolio management tools (Power BI). Expertise in using advanced analytical techniques and tools to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement; ability to interpret complex data sets and provide strategic insights that inform decision-making.
• Manage NAB Legal panel, preparing materials, ensuring actions are tracked and closed and communicating with the Legal Panel on compliance and other requirements

• Leadership: Able to build, develop and lead high performing & engaged teams 
• Advanced knowledge of process modelling tools, controls, familiarity with process automation techniques and methodologies / GenAI to drive performance improvements and efficiencies
• Demonstrated experience in integrating technology solutions with business processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading business case development, proposals and recommendation development.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the banking industry and experience ensuring that process changes meet these standards.
• Advanced Analytical Skills: Expertise in using advanced analytical techniques and tools to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement; ability to interpret complex data sets and provide strategic insights that inform decision-making
