Senior Business Banking Manager GEC WA (Government, Education and Community)
The role of Senior Business Banking Manager GEC WA (Government, Education and Community) will relationship manage and develop a portfolio of high value education sector customers towards achieving service, sales income/fee generation, risk and growth targets by satisfying the complex needs of customers in relation to highly tailored and personalised products and services.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Achieve business objectives relating to the sale and promotion of highly tailored and personalised complex financial products/ services.
- Develop and maintain understanding of external market, customer dynamics and competition and foster highly personalised relationships.
- Form in depth knowledge of customer needs, ensure service provision is according to the Banks model portfolios.
- Relationship manages a portfolio of very high value customers, drawing on the services of specialists to add value where necessary.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Seasoned business banking and relationship management experience
- Complex lending skills and ideally experience/knowledge of transactional banking solutions
- An emphasis on customer advocacy - understanding customer needs deeply while helping them to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
- Customer-obsessed mindset; own customer relationships and follow up on customer challenges until they are resolved
- Able to work with speed, accuracy and respect to deliver the best outcomes for our customers
- Knowledge of onboarding our customers into the right segment and geography so they are best supported.
