Senior Analyst Investment Insights
As a Senior Analyst within the Investment Insights Team in Private Wealth, you will leverage NAB’s extensive research and partners to source and deliver market & investment insights pertinent to wholesale investors via a multi-channel approach. You will work with the Head of Investment Insights to help shape the research and insights strategy by providing client and competitor feedback, while identifying opportunities to bring richer insights to our clients.
- Source, collate & distil content, along with meaningful insights and trade ideas, tailored for wholesale investors through a multi-channel approach.
- Develop tactical insights, responding to market movements and trends, and translating the implications for investors.
- Be an expert when it comes to markets investments for wholesale investors and internal stakeholders, sharing & delivering insights.

In the role of a Senior Analyst, you will join the Investment Insights Team that’s doubling down on moving with speed and keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Support frontline roles by providing tailored investment training and education based on roles & experience.
- Work alongside front-line relationship management teams across Private Wealth to develop a deep understanding of the client base and deliver value add & appropriate market & investment insights, content & education to wholesale clients.
- Build and promote NABs expertise and brand through interaction with media and other applicable channels (e.g. social media).
- Deliver regular market & investment insights through various channels, frequency & mediums (e.g. weekly market insights, monthly newsletters, holding quarterly forums).
- Build long-term relationship by understanding and adapting to changing customer needs.
- Bring your relationship management experience, together with markets knowledge & investment expertise.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Extensive experience working within markets or wealth management business.
- Strong market and technical investment knowledge especially across equities, fixed income FX Derivatives and alternatives.
- An ability to communicate with clients through cohesive, consistent and easy-to understand messages.
- Proven relationship management/customer facing experience is essential.
- Deep understanding of market forces.
- Excellent organisational and presentation skills.
