Senior Consultant, Segment Lead - Credit Cards
An exciting opportunity to join NAB’s Personal Banking Marketing function to define and deliver the consumer Credit Cards marketing strategy, delivering on key financial and customer targets in line with the Consumer Finance strategy.
- Develop the marketing strategy for Credit Cards
- Manage credit card propositions, segmentation and go-to-market plans
- Prioritise key initiatives for the delivery squad

In the role of Senior Consultant, Segment Lead, you will join the Personal Banking Marketing team that’s doubling down on moving with speed and keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Have a deep understanding of the customer segments and the business challenges/opportunities in the portfolio
- Develop and own the acquisition and portfolio engagement marketing plans to achieve key business metrics
- Ensure alignment with overarching Consumer Finance segment strategy
- Lead the marketing deliverables for new product launches
- Lead key portfolio marketing initiatives to drive engagement, usage and retention
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Highly experienced strategic marketing professional (at least 10 years)
- Banking and financial industry experience
- Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
- Able to synthetise complex information, connect the dots and tell a cohesive story
- Senior stakeholder management experience and ability to influence
- Ability to lead teams
- Knowledge of financial services products and services
