In the role of Change Lead, you will join the People & Culture team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Develop and implementing enterprise -wide change strategies, integrating engagement, training, and communication plans across multiple projects.
- Lead and coordinating change delivery for strategic, enterprise-wide projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and managing change risks, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating when necessary.
- Manage and mentor analysts, providing direction, coaching, and oversight.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging deep change management experience to guide teams through transformation and ensuring sustainable outcomes.
- Advocate for the people side of change, ensuring employees and customers are at the centre of all change initiatives.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- A minimum 6+ years' experience working within similar sized company in cross-functional environment.
- Proven enterprise-wide change management experience, a deep understanding of change management design, delivery and governance at scale.
- Stakeholder Management - Managing diverse range of stakeholders to support business objectives and deliver on outcomes.
- Strategic Agility & mindset – Deep understanding of long-term vision, anticipates future challenges and shapes strategy.
- Decision Quality – Data driven decision making, aligned to risk profiles and appetite. Advocates cross-functional analysis of problems, encouraging cooperation across functions on key decisions.
- Prioritisation & Planning – ability to articulate and rank competing priorities, distributes resources to align with strategic plans and priorities.
- Influencing - Adapting personal style and communication to influence decisions.
