Head of Individual Onboarding & Identity Verification

As the Head of Individual Onboarding & Identity Verification (IDV), you will be part of the leadership team in ECOM Business Services, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the design and delivery of onboarding capabilities and IDV service
- Managing the individual onboarding service & IDV service for the enterprise
- Ensure roadmap alignment across the various stakeholders and programs relying on the Individual Onboarding and IDV capabilities
- Lead execution of key elements of the individual onboarding sub domain
- Lead the establishment of new processes and capabilities to transition future state capability into BAU services with run and optimisation for both IDV and individual onboarding
- Delivering service improvements to improve customer experience, meet new regulatory requirements and reduce fraud.
- Lead a team of Product Owners to design customer experiences, provide business requirements to technology & delivery
- Partner closely with Customer Divisions and Financial Crime teams to ensure actions towards improving customer experience and mitigating financial crime risks
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- In-depth experience working in a similar senior leadership role leading Product, Strategy and/or Digital Channel ownership teams
- Experience as a product leader, bringing customer-centric and commercial mindset to the capabilities owned and optimised.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and ability communicate with influence with senior executives.
- Proven experience managing and delivering large complex programs containing multiple streams, multiple technical assets, with multiple vendors.
- Experience working in an agile environment and building agile teams to deliver at scale within a domain.
- Ability to have cross functional influence of product managers, product owners, business analysts and change management teams
