Manager Digital Sales

As the Manager, Digital Sales Product (Deposits Portfolio), you will be joining Digital Sales in Personal Banking that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Lead Personal Bank’s Deposits portfolio sales performance across NAB’s digital channels.
  • Lead and own the Digital Sales Product analysis, strategy and execution across the Personal Bank Deposits portfolio, including sales funnel management, performance and optimisation.
  • Generate valuable Digital Sales product journey and funnel performance insights that identify new high value opportunities, and to continuously drive product sales funnel performance conversion and growth in Digital.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing and other key stakeholders to support the development and go-to-market of new product propositions and offers on Digital channels, prioritisation of initiatives, and feeding new ideas into value chain backlogs that deliver on the Digital Sales strategy and targets.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Exceptional demonstrated experience working in a similar senior leadership role within a Digital Sales / eCommerce equivalent function.
  • Experience implementing levers that drive sales funnel uplifts in Digital (e.g. Digital Marketing, SEO, AB Testing/CRO & Personalisation).
  • Experience articulating business strategy to achieve intended outcomes including shareholder, customer, colleague value – and building/prioritising/executing a roadmap to deliver that strategy.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience in Agile ways of working
  • Analytical and data driven: Ability to pull complex data together to generate valuable insights and inform / influence decision making that drives high performing outcomes
  • Advanced in website / digital metrics and reporting suites (e.g. Adobe Analytics, PowerBI)
  • Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision maker who is a strategic thinker that drives customer centricity.
