In the role of an Associate, Commercial Broker, you will join the Commercial Broker Team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with brokers and customers.
• Complete pre-credit decision work including working on files, liaising with customers / brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Complete Inbound Quality Assessment (IQA) activity on broker lodged home loan applications through Apply Online (WFM).
• Achieve agreed team productivity targets by effectively managing team Mailbox whilst maintaining agreed SLAs.
• Proactively identify any cross-sell opportunities that result in positive financial performance for the team portfolio.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
• Knowledge of tools, techniques, and practices used to analyse the credit worthiness of a business enterprise through its financial statements.
• Understanding of key/basic requirements of credit to ensure lending applications are completed in line with NAB’s policy.
• Experience in working with broker customers, uncovering their needs and delivering appropriate solutions as well as up selling/cross selling.
• Proven analytical skills involving balance sheets and business analysis, credit writing and debt servicing assessment experience.
• Experience with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and onboarding new customers will be looked upon favourably.
• Solid experience within Business & Private Banking and completing business loan applications.
