Manager Protective Security

 
  • Bring your deep experience in Protective Security to NAB’s Physical Security Team

  • Lead likeminded licenced security experts

  • Real time incident management and global advice.

 

The role will be responsible for Protective Security including, but not limited to Executive Protection, Emergency Management, Incident Response, Travel Security, Event Security Risk Assessments, Person/Group Threat Assessment, Threat Intelligence, de-escalation training and personal security awareness, along with management of security matters impacting colleagues.

In the role of Manager Protective Security, you will join a team within NAB’s Security group that’s doubling down on customer obsession and supporting our colleagues.

 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Identify, evaluate and monitor risk that could affect business activities and provide timely insights, information and updates to enable the business to make critical decisions

  • Lead intelligence gathering and interrogation of information source to conduct threat assessments

  • Complete event and personal risk assessments that require physical security review and support

  • Detect and respond to physical threats/risks to NAB Group’s people, customers, and assets

  • Real time physical security incident management

  • Participate in internal and external led forums.

 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Executive Protection experience is highly sought after

  • Proven (10+ years) experience in responding to physical security incidents, risk management, or protective security

  • Understanding of law enforcement process and able to liaise with law enforcement bodies in relation to security operations; assessment standards; how overseas events may impact NAB

  • Experience in surveillance, counter surveillance, and technical surveillance countermeasures

  • Experience in providing guidance on personal safety, workplace, family or domestic violence situations.
