In this Senior Business Analyst, Climate role, you will be joining the Business Lending Transformation team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Detailed requirements gathering for business and reporting processes (including regulatory and governance requirements) by pro-active engagement with broad stakeholder group
- Ownership of as is / to be process maps, interaction models and environments aligned to enterprise business process architecture
- Data collation, analysis and interpretation / communication for informed decision making across business environments
- Developing, fostering and maintaining senior business and technology stakeholder relationships that assist with dependency management
- Development of interdependent business support models and operating models to better support Mandatory Climate Reporting

- Decision quality – Facts based decision making, aligned to risk profiles and appetites
- Problem solving – able to propose solutions based on evidence, insight and viability
- Communication and listening – able to succinctly communicate relevant information and actively solicit and apply feedback
- Analysis & measurement – able to collate, filter, analyse and interpret process and datasets to produce insights and conclusions
- Process architecture & design – process improvement frameworks, methods and techniques
