In this Senior Business Analyst, Climate role, you will be joining the Business Lending Transformation team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Detailed requirements gathering for business and reporting processes (including regulatory and governance requirements) by pro-active engagement with broad stakeholder group
• Ownership of as is / to be process maps, interaction models and environments aligned to enterprise business process architecture
• Data collation, analysis and interpretation / communication for informed decision making across business environments
• Developing, fostering and maintaining senior business and technology stakeholder relationships that assist with dependency management
• Development of interdependent business support models and operating models to better support Mandatory Climate Reporting

• Analysis & measurement – able to collate, filter, analyse and interpret process and datasets to produce insights and conclusions
• Process architecture & design – process improvement frameworks, methods and techniques
