Associate Director, Go-To-Market

In the role of Associate Director, Go-To-Market, you will join the Enterprise Payments team that’s doubling down on customer obsession

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Lead the delivery of GTM strategies for international and domestic payment solutions, leveraging a deep understanding of business objectives and target sectors.
  • Equip sales teams with innovative tools and training programs, ensuring they have the resources to excel in delivering advanced payment solutions.
  • Develop impactful marketing campaigns and thought leadership content to create meaningful and differentiated messaging related to payments capability.
  • Prioritise customer needs and satisfaction, fostering innovation and creating strong, lasting customer relationships.
  • Drive GTM initiatives to increase the adoption of payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, transaction banking specialists, marketing, and change management teams to ensure successful product delivery and execution.
  • Develop compelling customer value propositions (CVP) and sales enablement content.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Proactively manage GTM risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in product management, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of the financial services industry, particularly payments and transaction banking.
  • Comfortable leading workshops and developing operational processes linked to product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with influence and build effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven business experience and ability to navigate the environment and achieve results.
  • Ability to source, interpret, and present key data and critical insights.
