Regional Mgr, Business Retention Unit

In the role of Regional Manager Business Retention Unit, you will join Jo Koklas and the Business Retention Unit team that’s doubling down on customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning together.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead and manage all sales and service and retention activity within the Business Unit including that within associated teams.
- Ensure all teams are always focused on retention of these customers and cross sell opportunities as well as ensure that Business Unit volumes and income targets are met.
- Promote high performance, inspiration and a professional image of NAB.
- Undertake performance management of direct reports, identifying training and development needs.
- Ensure teams operate flexibly with all colleagues in the BRU and with field counterparts to enable customers to benefit from seamless and integrated sales and service.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven ability to form Business Relationships, both internal and external and in building appropriate networks.
- Bank of Choice focus - Experience with working with customers, uncovering their needs and delivering appropriate solutions, building customer advocacy.
- Experience with BPB products and services, with emphasis on sales, lending, transactional/deposits, credit assessment and Risk.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of achieving results through people - Broad based business exposure
- - Knowledge of Bank Products and services
