Senior Associate, Diversified Corporate

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Work on new transactions and provide origination support, credit analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution on transactions across the Diversified Corporates sector.
  • Drive transactions forward whilst engaging multiple stakeholders including Client Coverage Team, Product Partners and client support teams, to achieve a seamless client experience.
  • Responsible for managing the ongoing monitoring of the risk profile and compliance requirements of a client portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene is a good standard.
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop industry/sector expertise and knowledge.
  • Attend internal and external stakeholders’ meetings to support business outcomes while managing portfolio risks.
  • Provide guidance/coaching to graduates, interns, and analysts.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, business, or related discipline.
  • Previous experience in Corporate Finance or related banking experience gained in an accounting or advisory environment.
  • Well-developed financial modelling, risk assessment and credit writing skills.
  • Sound numerical and financial analysis skills.
  • Credit writing skills.
  • Financial modelling skills.
  • Exceptional inter-personal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and connect with clients and key internal stakeholders.
