Assoc Director, Divisional Controls

In the role of Associate Director – Divisional Controls, you will join Ai Hua Kam and the Divisional Controls team to support Technology Modernisation Domain.
In this Associate Director role, you will:
- Be a senior experienced member to provide advice and insight to support in identifying delivered impact assessment for major change initiatives within the Technology Modernisation domain across Switching and Core Banking transformation
- Managing Risks and Obligations applicable to the Domain, and any impact of the transformation
- Proactive in response to events and issues arising that impact our customers and other stakeholders with root causes of issues, develop, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to the comprehensively address errors and look for ways to continuously improve our processes.
- Partner closely with the CRO team to ensure major changes in transformational activities are well considered on aspects of risk exposures so that our customer experience are improved and safe.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in Technology, Payments and Core Banking subject matter expertise with a strong background in risk identification, assessment and controls design
- An investigative mindset to explore complex issues and deliver timely advice.
- Ability to work autonomously being a senior member who will seek to expand responsibilities in 6-12 months.
- Strong curiosity in solving problems.
