Head of Business Lending Credit Strategies

In the role of Head of role, you will put customers at the centre of everything you do.  

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Drive the development and continuous enhancement of credit models to support smarter origination and renewal decisions 

  • Shape and streamline end-to-end credit processes, embedding robust controls and future-focused strategies 

  • Collaborate with product teams to identify performance opportunities and deliver impactful credit model initiatives 

  • Oversee data strategy, including the use of third-party providers, to power insightful forecasting and performance tracking 

  • Define and execute requirements for tools like the Debt Servicing Tool, driving automation in key credit activities 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Proven expertise in credit modelling, financial analysis, and business lending strategy 

  • Strong background in product innovation, proposition design, and end-to-end product management 

  • Demonstrated ability to shape and execute business strategy with a focus on commercial outcomes 

  • Skilled in building effective product partnerships and leading cross-functional collaboration 

  • Known for customer obsession, strategic thinking, and strong leadership with exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
