In this Business Banker role, reporting into Chris Waterson, you will..

  • Take charge of every step in the lending journey, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for brokers and customers with lending facilities 

  • Drive revenue growth by uncovering and delivering on customers “bank of choice” priorities, while addressing their broader financial and non-lending needs 

  • Lead the way in maintaining top-tier service standards for commercial brokers, ensuring NAB’s service excellence shines through in every interaction with customers and brokers 

  • Collaborate closely with the BDM team to inspire innovation, boost performance, and achieve ongoing success together 

  • Showcase tailored products and services designed exclusively for small business customers brought in by premium brokers, driving value and fostering strong partnerships

  • Proven expertise in driving sales and delivering exceptional results in business lending 

  • Established track record of building successful partnerships and collaborating effectively with brokers 

  • Skilled at engaging with customers, uncovering their unique needs, and crafting tailored solutions to meet them effectively 

  • Evidenced success in consistently achieving sales targets, even in challenging and dynamic economic environment
