In the role of a Senior Associate, you will join the External Communications team in Corporate Affairs.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Provide guidance and advice on best-practice SEO and content strategy for NAB’s news website, helping to build trust and enhance the bank’s reputation. 
• Respond to and lead the news agenda, advising and executing on communications activity across the bank including different content formats on NAB News as well as digital and social media content across Group channels.  
• Drive new opportunities to integrate NAB News content across nab digital touchpoints, to support commercial outcomes.
• Create content, bringing our stories to our customers, colleagues, media and other stakeholders.  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Proven experience in experience in Journalism, Digital media, Communications, social media or Content Production.
• To be up to date with trends to create or direct effective content tailored to different platforms, audiences, and objectives. You will actively monitor content trends to drive innovation and help NAB stand out.
• To meet policy, legal and compliance requirements, performing controls, and adhering to processes and procedures relevant to your role. You escalate issues or breaches as necessary and ensure all communications and materials align with NAB’s standards.
• The ability to manage and prioritize multiple briefs and stakeholders, while working in a dynamic, cross functional and collaborative team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and enjoy the scope to be creative and impactful in communications.
