Product Owner, HICAPS Propositions and Growth
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Product Owner to represent the voice of the customer and create market leading experiences for HICAPS customers! The role will lead a delivery squad focused on growth initiatives to enable HICAPS’s ambitions to grow new markets like GP and maintain its #1 market share position in health fund claiming.

As a Product Owner, you will be joining the HICAPS team within Business & Private Banking that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
As a Product Owner, you will
- Lead a squad to deliver new propositions to market to open up new markets and improve customer experience
- Empower HICAPS resources to achieve outcomes
- Drive inspiration by identifying market trends as well as understanding competitors and innovation
- Work closely with colleagues across Product management, Technology and Growth
- Identify interdependencies across domain structure, and work with other E2E Episode/ Service POs to drive coordination
- Establish and monitor success measures
What you will bring:
- Experience as a Product Owner
- Ideally exposure to Acquiring, Payments or the Health industry
- Experience in identifying and articulating customer needs and interpreting complex requirements of external parties
- Relentless focus on outcomes
- Ability to develop productive relationships across Technology functions and external delivery and Schemes Management function
