Business Banking Manager - Mt Gambier

In the role of Business Banking Manager, you will join Nathan Smith and the Business Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning together.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Personally develop and manage a portfolio of key customers.
- Identify new business and establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets.
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.
- Sales - Implement specific local competitive and aggressive sales/ income campaigns and initiatives. & sell and promote tailored Bank products and services within Bank parameter
- Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.

- Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience.
- Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
- A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
- A strong passion for customer service and driving customer advocacy
- An agile mindset and adaptive leadership skills
