In the role of a Senior Associate, you will join the Business Lending & Commercial Broker that’s doubling down on owning it.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Perform high quality and timely analysis to develop commercial, actionable insights and recommendations by collaborating with key business stakeholders and Finance Partners to tell a story that drives decision making.
- Assess, analyse, and investigate aspects of financial reporting, including understanding of variances to expectations to ensure accurate reporting and the production of Business financial insight for potential drivers of variances.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to enable the provision of commercial and financial advice, on both strategic and operational initiatives to the Business.
- Support change initiatives by managing all financial impacts including validating / restatement of numbers, mapping of ledger and insight and taking actions to reduce key data gaps as required.
- Understanding business needs, benefits and problems and opportunities and determining how this information should be presented using visualisation methods to effectively convey findings, learnings, insights and recommendations to the target audience.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in finance and related industries
- To produce and provide commercial financial insight, analysis and recommendations to drive and improve Business revenue and balance sheet performance, to the Business and/or to Finance functions and finance business partners depending on business requirements.
- Drive consistency in reporting and process.
- Delivery of reporting, analysis and commercial insights that drive better decision making.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time well.
