Consultant, Digital Strategy & Transformation

As the Consultant – Digital Strategy & Transformation, you will be joining the Digital Strategy team, and will: 

  • Synthesise findings to define recommendations and develop compelling, structured business presentations that clearly articulate recommendations. 

  • Influence at senior levels through grounded and data driven insights and recommendations; leading with a point of view.   

  • Collaborate closely with Digital and other divisions to ensure strategy aligns with core digital priorities. 

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the banking industry and trends, including implications for NAB. 

  • Build and justify business cases for key strategic initiatives and outcomes. 

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:  

  • Experience in consulting or corporate roles driving strategy and insights to influence priorities and milestones across all levels of an organisation. 

  • The ability to analyse data and extract key insights, trends, and observations  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence business outcomes and drive accountability by working with senior stakeholders. 

  • A switch on, growth mindset capable of learning quickly and able to form a point of view backed by insight and data.  

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 

  • Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling.
