Sub-Domain Change Lead

In the role of Sub-Domain Change Lead, you will report to the Director of the Climate Office that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Lead the execution of Change activities required to implement a Sub-Domains strategic roadmap.

This includes:

  • People Leadership - Leadership, direction and coaching of direct reports (Change Managers/Senior Change Analysts).
  • Change leadership – driving the definition and successful completion of change management activities.
  • The successful implementation of organisational Change Management disciplines within NAB’s delivery framework.
  • Change resource planning and allocation.
  • Proactive Change adoption management – co-design metrics with Product Owners, create a plan to monitor, and pivot as required to realise project benefits. Be a constant agitator for adoption of the solutions we deliver (customer and colleague).

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • 5 plus years change management experience across a range of industries including financial services experience.
  • Previous people leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience designing change strategies for large transformational programs.
  • Experience developing transformational change communications.
  • Experience in organisation design, process improvement methodologies and people transition processes.
  • Track record in managing and influencing relationships at a senior level in the organisation.
  • Ability to think broadly and innovatively to develop and shape the change management strategy.
  • Agile change management expertise.
