Portfolio Change Manager

In the role of Portfolio Change Manager, you will join our Personal Banking Change and Communications Team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Manage the portfolio of projects in the PB pipeline from initiative, to allocation and through the lifecycle
  • Leverage the data in the PB pipeline and available reporting to actively manage the change portfolio to ensure smoother delivery of change into PB.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the portfolio to prioritise, manage and provide updates on the portfolio of change activities
  • Manage a team of change professionals, provide coaching support and capability development to help them grow in their roles.
  • Lead key continuous improvement initiatives to support and develop the practice.
  • Develop and manage a 90 day plan each quarter to drive priorities and focus for the team.

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in different environments
  • Ability to balance the strategic with operational priorities and deliverables
  • Learning agility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, complex and changing environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create meaningful insight and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership teams
  • 8 years+ experience in change management delivery,
  • Experience in leading and managing a portfolio of projects
  • Proven ability in building strong, credible stakeholder relationships at various levels.
