Associate Director, Channel Retention Strategy

In the role of Associate Director, Channel Retention Strategy role you will reporting to the Executive Channel Strategy, Execution & Personal Bank Retention, that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.
Each day you will go above and beyond to:
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and embed retention performance modelling and reporting into business decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement and uplift in retention strategies.
- Support the financial and strategic evaluation of retention strategies and opportunities.
- Provide strategies for reduction in preventable attrition across the portfolio and share key insights with stakeholder teams across the ecosystem.
- Present findings to senior management and prepare documentation for Leadership Team meetings.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in managing complex financial data analytics, commercial performance or portfolio management
- Strong commercial and financial acumen and proven ability to challenge at all levels, supported by data and analytics
- Demonstrated expertise and technical skills in financial modelling, interpreting data, drawing out key strategic and analytical insights that help guide strategic decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with a broad range of stakeholders and senior managers
- Management of multiple competing and high priority requests with resilience
- Flexible and comfortable working in an agile, fast, and constantly changing environment.
